Today I think i woke up around 10:45, so i decided to have a brunch type of meal for "breakfast." I went for a lite caesar salad dressing with grilled lamb meat.
For lunch i decided to have an Oscar Mayer Cracker Combo
Rotisserie Chicken with Garden Vegetable Spread (273 calories)
For dinner I had some grilled steak, oven baked brussel sprouts, and a side salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette.
Snacks: I had wheat thins, about 3 servings the whole day....in between meals. 1 serving= 16 crackers for 120 calories
Workout: I burned 500 calories, 27 minutes on the Elliptical, 7 minutes on the Treadmill, and 4 reps / 25 per rep triceps curls.
