New Blog :]

I think i am everywhere on social media. LOL. It is the advertising major in me. Anyhow i have made this blog in order to show people what i eat everyday and my workouts, Not everyday is going to be a perfect healthy day. Not everything i eat is the healthiest, but it is healthy compared to the food the average American consumes. Usually i make my own food, i never eat out, and if i do i make sure i am smart about what i eat. I do work out, since i work out 5-6 days a week, sometimes i will do light weight workouts. Anyhow...Enjoyy :}
