Today I had class from 9-7, so typically on these days it is really hard for me to stay on track.
Living with 4 brothers, typically we are ALWAYS out of food. I opened the fridge, nothing. I had about 10 mins to whip something up. The only thing i could grab was a bagel. I usually stay away from bagels because they are loaded with carbs and calories. Unfortunately, if I didn't eat at 8 a.m then I wouldn't get a chance to eat till 3:30. The average female burns 200-300 more calories that eats breakfast as opposed to one who doesn't.
Breakfast- I had a full bagel, and a fat free cappuccino . The bagel is about 350 cals, and the cappuccino is about 130. WOW! i usually have a 200 cal breakfast. -__-
For lunch I had a to go Oscar Mayer Cracker Combo Lunch-able (273 cal), and a spring salad w/ raspberry-walnut vinaigrette (70). Also i had a sugar-free mango iced tea (0 cals)
Finally when I got home i grilled steak, my mom made homemade mash potatoes, and i had a little piece of Texas toast.
Just so everyone knows, being healthy and being on a diet are two different things. I am not on a diet. Potatoes, bagels, and bread are things that you should abstain from when you are on a diet. The only acceptable time to have carbs when you are trying to lose weight is breakfast. Furthermore, i do not lead a perfect healthy lifestyle but a realistic one. I go to school for about 8 hours for 2 days a week, so not everything is going to be perfect.
No work out, Tuesdays and Thurs are my days off from the gym.
Confessions- I had 3 Pieces of some random Jolly Rancher candy. My friends...I blame them. hahha.
