Cabbage Crunch- Healthy Cole Slaw! SOO GOOD.

Hey guys!






Its summer now, so inshallah I will be updating my blog more often. I just had grilled chicken, and this amazing salad called Cabbage Crunch. Basically it is cole slaw without the "extra" fatty calories, and the creamy taste. I came across this salad at Whole Foods. There are a lot of recipes for Cabbage Crunch, but so many of them are unhealthy. Below is the recipe I used.

Recipe


Solid Foods:
1 bag of Angel Hair Cabbage

Dressing
1/3 cup of Raw Honey
1/3 cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
Salt for Tasting


What I would change-
I prefer sweeter dressing on salads so I would add more honey, just a little. Additionally, I added half of a 1/3 cup of vinegar to make the dressing more watery (this is up to you). You can add almonds, and other stuff to the cabbage salad, but make sure to watch your calorie count. You don't want to end up with a 1,200 calories salad because you didn't manage the "extras" on your salad. This makes about two full meals well at least for me).
